Pastor: The Reverend Judy Lee Hay, M.Div. The Reverend Hay is a graduate of McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago. In 2008 she was honored as McCormick's Distinguished alumni. Rev. Hay was founder and Executive Director of the South Wedge Planning Committee Inc. On the adjunct faculty of Colgate Rochester Divinity School, served on the Congregational Life Board of Auburn Theological Seminary in New York City, past Vice President of the Board. Past chair Board of Trustees of Genesee Valley, has served as Moderator of Genesee Valley and in various leadership positions. Served on the Women’s Center Board of Highland Hospital, and other civic groups. Recently Field Staff in Congregational Transformation in the Evangelism and Witness Division of the Presbyterian Church USA and a consultant and speaker in church transformation. Rev. Hay is listed in the Books and Legacy at the Women's Hall of Fame in Seneca Falls, NY.In 2010 she was recognized by the Greater Rochester Community of Churches for her ministry.In the fall WXXI presented Reverend Hay with the the Pinny Cook award for her outstanding work in the community.
DIRECTOR OF MUSIC: Donald Tirabassi Donald is a tenor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Rosary Hill College, now Daemon College of Buffalo. He has been teaching music in public schools for 32 years. Seventeen of those years were in the East Rochester Schools, where he was director of Music Art and Theatre, and the last 15 years at Rush Henrietta. Presently he is an orchestra teacher at the Crane Elementary School. He's done graduate work at the Eastman School with Don Nuen and the late Seth McCoy.Don is married and has have four children. For the last several years, he's been an actor/singer with the Downstairs Cabaret Theatre.
Parish Associate: The Reverend Hugh Outterson
The Rev.Outterson brings a wealth of experience to CSA in the field of pastoral care. Hugh was on staff at Bethany Presbyterian Church, and served as an interim in Geneva Presbytery. He's been involved in Border Ministry with Mexico for several years.CSA is delighted to have Reverend Outterson on our staff. The picture below is Reverend Outterson with his wife Barbara--also a dynamo of faithfulness and an elder in the PCUSA.
Sexton: James Pardee James Pardee hails from Boardman, Ohio. Jim has lived in Rochester for twenty-six years. His main interest is in art, music and poetry.You can find him at several local coffee houses where he enjoys hanging with artistic people. Our church facilities are kept clean and organized through his taelnts and attention.
PARISH ASSOCIATE REVEREND KATHLEEN MADIGAN Kathy served as the pastor of North Bergen Presbyterian Church for 11 years, and co-founded the Genesee Rural Cooperative Ministry. After North Bergen she completed her Doctoral Ministry degree in “Myth, Metaphor and Conflict”. After graduation, Westminster Presbyterian Church on Arnett Blvd called her to be their pastor where she served ten years. During that pastorate the church decided to sell their building and move into the Rochester Presbyterian Home. After leaving Westminster Kathy was called to serve as Stated Supply at Grace Presbyterian Church and chaired the Commission that closed the church. Recently retired, but not retiring, Kathy chaired the Search team that chose the Reverend Amy Fowler as the Presbytery Executive. CSA is delighted to welcome Kathy home and we look forward to hearing her preach, lead education session and mission opportunities.
Bookkeeper Deborah Ferris and Pianist Gary Kong Deborah Ferris is the Calvary St. Andrew's Bookkeeper. She lives in Bergen with her husband Craig and four children. Deborah works with several non for profit corporations as their bookkeeper. Gary Kong is a student at Eastman School of music and is our pianist. .
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION DIRECTOR Martha Cuthbert CSA is fortunate to have as our Director of Christian Education former city school librarian martha Cuthbert. her dedication to children's education is an invaluable gift to our community.
Meet some of our key volunteers: Our office and Food Ministry is run by several volunteers who give of their time and energy by answering the phone, and assist as intake workers for Food Ministry guests. They greet visitors and help out with office work, mailings and computer data entry. Embodying God's Hospitality is a key spiritual gift each possesses. Our volunteers are a rich source of spiritual compassion in a ministry of presence. Robert Lauterbach, Barbara Mitchell, Linda Lazore, James Wilmott, and James Robinson are to be commended for their dedication and energy to Christ.

Linda Lazore SESSION The governing body of Calvary St. Andrew's Presbyterian Parish is comprised of the session that has responsinility for the mission and governance of the church. Beth Holliday, Ginny Dekin, James Robinson, Sue Porter, Sue Tufts, Ben Munson, and Scott Von Duhn serve as Elders.
